• Admission is confirmed only after submission of the required documents and payment of the applicable admission/course fee.
• The Academy reserves the right to accept or reject any admission application at its sole discretion.
• Batch allotment, seat availability, and timings are subject to management's decision and may be revised based on operational requirements.

• Course fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed installment schedule communicated at the time of admission.
• Fees are also non-adjustable against any other course, batch, or academic year unless explicitly approved in writing by the management.
• Delayed fee payments may attract late fees and can result in suspension of classes, study material access, or test participation until dues are cleared.
• Fee receipts must be retained by students/parents for future reference.

• Students are expected to maintain regular attendance, punctuality, and sincerity toward their studies.
• Students must attend all scheduled classes, tests, and assessments unless prevented by a genuine reason communicated in advance to the administration.
• The Academy reserves the right to counsel, warn, or take appropriate action against students with poor attendance or academic negligence, in consultation with parents/guardians.

Kakatiya Academy maintains a strict, disciplined, and focused learning environment for the benefit of all students. All students are required to:

• Treat faculty, staff, and fellow students with courtesy and respect
• Refrain from any form of ragging, bullying, harassment, or misconduct
• Not use mobile phones or unauthorized electronic devices during class hours, unless permitted by faculty
• Refrain from possession or use of tobacco, alcohol, or any prohibited substances on Academy premises
• Follow the dress code, timings, and classroom rules prescribed by the Academy
• Avoid damage to Academy property; any damage caused will be recoverable from the concerned student/parent

The safety and well-being of every student is a priority for Kakatiya Academy. We are committed to:

• Providing a safe, supportive, and well-supervised learning environment
• Ensuring faculty and staff conduct themselves professionally and responsibly at all times
• Taking prompt action on any safety concern, complaint, or incident reported by a student or parent
• Cooperating with parents/guardians and, where necessary, appropriate authorities in matters concerning student safety

Parents/guardians are encouraged to promptly report any safety concerns to the administration. The Academy is not liable for incidents occurring outside its premises or outside scheduled academy hours and supervision, including during a student's independent travel to/from the institute.

• All study materials, test papers, notes, and content provided by Kakatiya Academy are for the personal use of enrolled students only.
• Reproduction, photocopying, sharing, or distribution of Academy study material to non-enrolled individuals or on public/social platforms without written permission is strictly prohibited.
• All course content, branding, logos, and materials remain the intellectual property of Kakatiya Academy.

• Test scores, ranks, and performance reports are provided for guidance purposes to help track student progress.
• The Academy does not guarantee any specific NEET rank, score, or medical seat allotment, as outcomes depend on the student's individual effort, aptitude, and external examination factors beyond the Academy's control.

• The Academy reserves the right to modify class schedules, faculty assignments, batch timings, or the mode of instruction (offline/online) due to unforeseen circumstances.
• If a batch or course is discontinued by the Academy for reasons beyond its control, students will be offered the best possible alternative, such as adjustment to another batch; however, this does not entitle the student to a refund beyond what is explicitly approved by management.

Kakatiya Academy shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of academic time, examination outcome, or personal injury, except where such loss arises directly from the Academy's proven negligence.

For students who are minors, parents/guardians are required to cooperate with the Academy's rules, attend requested meetings, and support the disciplinary and safety framework of the institute for the benefit of their ward.

Kakatiya Academy reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued enrollment or use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
